JANNIE BAK

Danish jewelry designer Jannie Bak is anything, but ordinary. Her style is her very own and appeals to the modern woman of today. Since 2001 she has created stunning jewelry, mainly one-of-a-kind pieces, for the women who want to diversify from the crowd. She works mainly with semi precious stones, but you will also find diamonds, pearls, bone, acrylic etc. in her designs. In her cosy showroom, based at her farm in Soroe Denmark, you will find a wide range of her unique designs. Classics with a twist and extraordinary pieces, that makes heads turn. In 2007 she launched a new line of handpainted Kukui Nut Jewelry and we are the sole importer in the USA.

The kukui nut jewelry line is designed by Jannie Bak and made in the Philippines as a fair trade project. The fruit of the Kukui tree contains seeds which are known as kukui nuts. When decorated (all hand painted), the kukui nuts are light weight jewelry that look stunning. Every single nut is hand-painted so small variations in color and pattern should be appreciated as proof of true artwork. New styles will be added to the collection 2-3 times a year. Right now you can make your choice within the Safari Collection (giraffe, leopard, zebra, tiger), Scandinavian Blue Flower, Tivoli Peacock, Indian Tiger or the stunning natural brown, polished version. Custom designs are also available on request.

HAU HAUZ Finland

Linen and Scandinavian Design

Modern and yet timeless, the HauHauz products are manufactured of first class linen. The design has a strong emphasis on trends, but only in a way that fits to the Hau Hauz concept.

The combination of Scandinavian design and use of traditional materials gives the products a fresh impression. The starting point for the designs are to create simple, clean shapes and colours which make it easy to create a bold interior effect.

The prints are heavily influenced by Finnish and Scandinavian style and design. Strong colour combinations and large prints are part of the style and design. Ideas for the prints come from many sources; the current assortment is strongly influenced by nature: Lotus-flower, Pelargonium and climbers. In addition we have tried to draw some exotic influences from the east with the India Print. Whereas the Stripe Print is a retro print from the Finnish tradition.
